In the middle of it all is Trail Hix, a college-aged squirrel who moonlights as the DIY vigilante Shadetail. With nothing more than a sweatsuit, mail-order gadgets, and the ability to take a beating, he fights to protect his neighbors and make a difference in a city that’s running out of time.
